Rates

Crossroads Counseling and Play Therapy Center is a Private Pay Practice. We do not accept insurance. 

I cannot accept any clients who have medicare or medicaid insurance. 

Initial (Intake Session) Fee is $200.

Individual Session Rates range from $150 to $275

Extended sessions are generally 90 minutes and an additional $100. The extended sessions are typically agreed upon prior to session. Often couples counseling involves extended time. 

Parent Consults are $125 per 60 minute sessions. 

Payment

Crossroads Counseling accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards and Health Savings Accounts as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged half the cost of the session amount. Crossroads Counseling reserves the time for each person on the schedule and it's difficult to fill the time at the last minute and I request that you let me know if you have to miss within 24 hours.
