I help women navigate anxiety ADHD, depression, trauma, and the challenges that can make life feel harder than it should be. 

Couples Counseling 

I work with couples helping them process and release various emotions that are keeping them stuck. Good connection often feels impossible when the negative emotions haven't been processed effectively. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as other types of therapy when working with couples. 

ADHD Counseling for Women

I work with women who have ADHD. I try to help them gain a new perspective of themselves and life overall. We look at specific ADHD habits, the impact of those habits and how any negative habits can be changed. I offer ADHD workshops throughout the year for various age groups. I have specific training and years of experience in working with clients with ADHD and love seeing positive results in my clients.  

Trauma Counseling with Sandtray Therapy 

For trauma work with women & teens, I offer an approach known as Sandtray therapy. This calming yet impactful approach offers clients a way to express unprocessed emotions helping bring clarity to the past and present. Clients benefit from my years of training and experience in Sandtray Therapy. 

 Parent Consulting 

I work with parents offering CPRT Child-Parent Relationship Therapy. This is an effective approach for parents who are ready for help, looking for new ideas and desperate for positive results.
